Job Description: 2nd Assistant Manager - Part Time

Job Summary:

The 2nd Assistant Manager - Part Time will assist the Store Manager and 1st Assistant Manager in managing the daily operations of the store. This position will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and supervising employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager and 1st Assistant Manager in managing the daily operations of the store
• Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a clean and organized store
• Manage inventory by receiving and stocking merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and ordering products as needed
• Supervise employees by assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with scheduling and payroll
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Working Conditions:

This position will require working in a retail environment with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature fluctuations. The employee will be required to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
